LOREN'S BRIDAL & TUXEDO

This is my daughter's review:
I went with my Maid of Honor to narrow down what designer, style, and length of dress I wanted. The staff
were very welcoming and spent a lot of time with us making recommendations.
They gave advice on what styles worked best for what body shape, which
designers offered the best quality fabrics and the potential cost for
alterations based on length. They really helped me narrow down what I wanted
and saved me a lot of time and stress, we were in and out in about an hour.
When I later brought all of my bridesmaids, they helped make suggestions and
everything went very smoothly. The girls had a really fun time trying on the
dresses and sharing the robe Loren's provides for in between dresses. The
dresses also came in pretty quickly, only took about 3 months. I had a great
experience with Loren's Bridal and it was worth driving fifty minutes to
Sturbridge.

I highly recommend Loren's Bridal. I shopped at five different bridal shops in western and central Massachusetts, and Loren's was by far the best. I worked with three different staff there, and they were all extremely helpful and courteous.
I was looking for the perfect dress for my daughter's wedding and tried on at least ten dresses at Loren's. Lois worked with me on my first visit, and she helped me narrow down my selections. She offered several dresses to consider by different manufacturers and various styles. She clearly answered all my questions and made helpful comments. I had follow-up appointments with Karen and another woman and found them equally helpful. My final choice is a beautiful and affordable dress that my daughter loves. How great is that? It was a pleasure dealing with such personable and customer service oriented shopkeepers.
Due to my wonderful experience, I just went back to help our maid-of-honor select her dress. This was under the pressure of time as she was visiting for the holidays and leaving town soon. Plus because she had delayed purchasing her dress, and it was out of production. So we had to find another one that would complement the bridesmaid's dresses. A decision that day was critical. Lois was able to schedule an appointment on short notice and with ample time for the task at hand. She handled this all with courtesy and great customer service once more. We found a nice dress at a reasonable price. Crisis averted!
