Called them up and told him the problem,he said he would come the next day at 1:00pm and showed up at the appointed time we took my TV off the wall and put it in his truck, he called the next day told me what was wrong and how much it would be to repair. He repaired it and kept for two days to insure it was ok returned the set re connected the wires to my DVD AND WII GAME. This was in the spring. I would highly recommend this man and would use him again. PS This was a 60" TV.
