I wanted somebody I would call if I had a problem to fix it - as opposed to buying it online where you don't pay for somebody to service the system. That is why I chose Protective System. They have a call center so you have got to call them through the call center which then calls the alarm company and then the company talks to you. That process takes a little bit of time.
