Very well. Instructor helpful adjusting seat, handlebars and foot straps. Explained tension knob and when to increase tension when prompts to turn corner or go uphill. Music was enjoyable and prompts easy to follow.

They have a nice pool, a hot tub and a nice steam bath. I use all those stuff pretty much. I have trainers that I've used. The trainers take their time to explain everything. They have a whole bunch of new equipment which is pretty much the same thing, but it works differently. I had to get acquainted with the equipment and they did a nice job with that. I've been with them for 16 years. I really don't have any complaints about them. They are good people to deal with and they are very friendly. I've had no issues with them at all. They have showers available as well and before I leave I can take a shower and change. The environment is good. They have a nice place there. The trainers have always been good. Their effectiveness of treatment is good. As a matter of fact, I had hurt my back and my chiropractor sent me to my trainers and they did a nice job. The billing and administration is good. I get billed once a month. In fact they check accounts and it's very simple. I don't have to worry about it.
