In May of 2011 they were supposed to strip 2 layers of shingles and replace the sheathing if needed, they did not replace any wood. In January of 2015 before the super cold air came in we had a rain/sleet storm and the roof started leaking into our bathroom, there was a lot of exposed nail heads, they came out and used some silicone type stuff to seal the nails and around the bathroom vent. In the summer the nails were coming up again, so we called them again. After numerous calls Clark finally came out and said our sheathing was all bad, he wanted to redo the whole roof at our expense, it should have been replaced back when the work was originally done in 2011. He ended up doing a patch job over the bathroom replacing the wood at his expense. Now here we are 5 months later and it's leaking again in the same spot into our bathroom.

These guys were nothing less than AWSOME. They took their time and did a wonderful job. They made our

hundred and fifty year old house look like new again. Very professional, very friendly and very reasonable.

Calls retuned right away. No hassle quote was given. Job was booked. It was put off a couple of times due to weather and a scheduling error on thier end. Job was done quickly and efficiently. Everything was cleaned up nicely . A piece of siding came loose during the job, but I told them about it and they are working on it.

Manager came out to do the estimate, very professional, courteous and punctual. He took some measurements of the house and gave me an estimate. He carefully explained in detail what the work entailed and about how long it would take his crew to accomplish it. He then politely asked when he may start the work. Here was the only strong sales pitch, trying to pressure me into an immedate commitment. However, his estimate was close to the figure I had already determined and I had the finances already lined up, so I
asked if he could start the next day.
The next day, his crew started showing up at 7 am (a little earlier then I had planed) and had the roof stripped and prepared for new underlayment, ice barrier and shingles by 9:30. Entire job, including cleanup was done by 5 pm. Hallmarks of a well trained,
coordinated crew.
I would recommend this contractor to anyone asking for a new roof.o

Started on time. Finished by lunch time. Everything picked up. Everything I had hoped for. Office staff very pleasant and helpful. Have NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS. ALSO HAD GUTTERS REPLACED.

CD Roofing was very good at getting the initial job done. I was amazed that they completely replaced (shingles and plywood) my roof in one day. The only problem I had was with service after the job was done. I had one shingle that came off the roof and I haad to make numerous calls, visit the offce, and finally grab the foreman as they were doing another house on my street to fix the problem.

During high winds (70mph), a 4' X 4' section of roofing shingles were torn off the house. The roof is roughly 10 years old and it's not ready to be replaced. The house was built circa 1985. The shingles are architectural style. Although the owner of CD Roofing was on vacation, he was able to make arrangements to have an employee come by and make the necessary repairs. The repaired section matches perfectly an cannot be distinguished from the original roof. When it comes time to replace our roof, we will definitely call CD Roofing. They were very pleasant and professional. They provided (1) bundle of shingles for the job. The price to repair the roof was extremely reasonable.

Came to site at 7:30 am, roof completed 11:30 am, exceptional service, replaced partial plywood square, replaced bathroom fan. Did everything they promised to do. One of the most competent companies we have ever hired.

The experience was great. These guys performed really quality work. The price was right and it was just a really good overall experience. I would definitely use them again.

They did the job extremely fast. They had high quality work. They cleaned up really well. They had a supervisor on the job at all times, so that was impressive.

They were good. There were quite a few of them on the crew, so they finished the job quickly in four hours. They were also very neat. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.
