After calling several contractors who either didn't return my phone calls or didn't show up for an appointment, I called Bob at B & L construction and design in Feeding hills. During our initial conversation I explained what I wanted, and I asked him when we could make an appointment to take a look. Bob came that night. Within 48 hours he called me and gave me the details of what would be done and the quote. The previous contractor I had called took 4 weeks to show up and another 3 weeks to deliver a quote. Bob is always in communication, he lets you know when he is coming, what he is going to do, and when he is coming back. And, he cleans up after himself every day. The job is done, he did an excellent job. Bob knows how to deliver to his customers. Bob knows how to pick up the phone!!! A contractor who returns phone calls and doesn't blow you off is definitely worth their weight in gold today. Another great feature is that Bob deals with other specialized contractors who have the same philosophy, they pick up the phone to. So, if you are tired of being jerked around from contractors a-z, call Bob, he has sifted through the guys who are unreliable, and uses good reliable people to. I am very happy with the price, level of professionalism, and the response. Definitely recommend!!
