When I went to pickup the counter it had the wrong edge. They immediately realized the error and told me to return the next day. Sure enough- they had a new piece cut perfectly and apologized for the error. I should mention they did offer me a discount if I wanted to accept the first counter (with the wrong edge). I was tempted, but it would not have matched the rest of our kitchen.
I was very happy with the result and took it home in my car (it was not too large).
The turnaround time on the fabrication was very fast! Other places in the area said 2 weeks or did not have any remnants. I was impressed!

It went very well. They came on time to measure the area and made frame for the installation. Within a week's time, they arrived with the newly polished uba tuba countertop. When they were installing it, the carpenter who was working in the kitchen accidentally knocked over the back splash for the counter. Silva took it away and replaced it within a week's time. The counter shines. You can't see unless you look hard where the two edges of the granite meet. I am pleased with their service and timely work. The counter top and back splash cleanly well. They also placed an undermount sink as part of the job. It is a large deep sink.
