Efficiently. They don't do trimming of weeds around trees unless you ask for and pay for it.

The experience has been excellent. They are very efficient. We really like them. Their prices were competitive to other people and they are reasonable. Our son went to school with Jay, the owner. He started his business in high school and then went to college and continued his business. He was a cub scout of mine. They gave us options regarding the tree and they left the yard immaculate. They are on time, very friendly and efficient.

Entire deal was transacted over the phone. I never met Jay or his team - but that was not an issue. Jay was very responsive to all voice mails and calls - we were able to work out all the services details verbally. All services delivered as promised and on time.

They are reliable. They are professional and I think Jay, the proprietor, is educated and skilled.

Jay is a young guy, and there is much potential here, but the company needs to work on communication. I met with Jay early in the spring to get a quote on the work. At the time, I detailed exactly what I wanted done and what didn't need to be done as part of the project. It took months from that date to finish the work. This was mostly due to bad weather, but in the meantime, I had difficulty getting responses from them on when the work would actually take place. When they actually showed up to the do the work, it was with no warning, when I had given up on getting a response and my husband and I had actually started to work on getting it done ourselves. In doing the work, they did a neat, courteous and efficient job, but they also did some of the things which I had specified didn't need to be done, and didn't do some of the things which I requested. So all in all, great potential from this company, but they need to work on communication.
