The quality of the work is excellent.  Pretty much the end result, the plantings are pretty extensive, there are blueberry bushes, hydrangeas they are all not starter plants.  It's a full growth garden attracting just a few days after being planted butterflies and unfortunately the birds already found the blueberries but we are getting cheese cloth to cover those.  There are some evergreens, lilacs, roses, lavender, there is quite a multitude of planting.  It really looks colorful and full and pretty nice.  She seems to be kind of invested in what she is doing.  She is pretty committed to doing a good job.  If there were any lacks she re-does it until it's right.  The driveway had to be level, she wouldn't let it stand, she put more soil and more grass.  Until it was all pretty much perfect.  Quality is one of her important priorities.  Quality is a big priority with her.

Terrible.
1. Shells brought in careless with wheel barrel damaging new wooden steps to dock. Plantings were left to unsupervised staff and done sloppily. Almost all of the plants died. 
2. Perennials were removed from beautiful mature garden and replaced with colorful annuals that looked like crap by comparison to the original bed. The removed and transplanted perennials all died. V. sad loss.
3. Refused to transplant mature plants to where we wanted and instead pursued her own vision. Most died.
4. Guaranteed new lawn seeding all around the house - big yard - which was promised to look like a golf course. Totally disaster. Holes, clumps, etc.
Overall service was abysmal. She proposed and promised a multi-year development plan and a guarantee of quality. She never came back. Did not respond to phone calls or emails. And worst of all her financial estimates were always lower than the final job bill, which could never clearly be explained. She was condescending about her gardening expertise.

The work done was shoddy and incomplete.  When confronted with the shoddy work, the contractor alleged they performed the wwork adequately.  Below is the house the day after the work was done.
