Had terrible vibration and transmission problem. |No vibration at all--transmission good as new!

I dropped in. They worked up an estimate for me in about 10 minutes. After I shopped around and decided to go with Falmouth Auto Body (largely due to their good reviews on Angie's list), I called, and they got and painted the part without requiring me to put down a deposit even. Then I dropped the car off, and they gave me a ride across town (4 miles) to my home. Later after they called me I came to pick the car up, paid (with AMEX even - most places in Falmouth don't accept it), and they also did a nice job cleaning up the mess from the duct tape I had used to secure the previously damaged spoiler. I really like this place. They are easy to talk to on the phone, easy to work with. The ride home was unexpected and very helpful that day.

Very well! The gentleen geeting me and taking my follow-up calls were very professional and friendly. Most importantly, theycame through on a timely repair, even when they ran into difficulty with a supplier. They made it happen, cheerfully.

My car got dented at the front wheel well when someone backed into it. The workers at Falmouth Auto Works repaired the damage very well. They completed the work in the amount of time they said it would take (3 days) and worked with the insurance company to cover costs. They also helped arrange a rental car for me for the duration of the repairs to my own vehicle.

The shop worked quickly with our insurance company to get it appraised and did a great job with the repairs and finished ahead of schedule. Can't even tell that the car was ever damaged. Will definitely take our cars there again....although I hope we don't need to! :-)

They are excellent. They are trustworthy and reliable. Their prices are fair. They have great service people. They are honest. They really go out of their way to help you. I've bought two cars there, and I have all my service done by them. I trust them and wouldn't go anywhere else.
