The experience with them did not go too well. We had a verbal contract with them to come out within a week or two, to remove a stump, and then I waited 3 months. I wrote them a letter, and that's when they came. They just don't know how to do business. The price was good, and they did a nice job.

Jim met with us 2 days after I called. We had recently purchased a house in which the yard was covered with trees (mostly scrub pines). We asked his opinion on what trees should be removed and what should stay. We were happy with his recommendations. He and his crew were there just a few days later and cut and cleaned up all the debris. His stump grinder needed repair and it took a few weeks before he was able to come back and grind the stumps (hence the punctuality) but he communicated when we would have it fixed and came back to finish the job.
