Upscale Remodeling

The work took about 2 weeks and Sergio of Upscale Remodeling arrived each morning on time at 8:00 AM. Some days he had a helper, Nick, who arrived independently of Sergio and like Sergio always arrived on time. They paid attention to detail and took the time to ensure the work was performed  correctly each step of the way. At he the end of each day Sergio would review with me the work he had done that day. He also went over what he expected to complete the next day. At the end of the day the site was cleaned and the tools put away. The quality of the work and attention to detail was exceptional. Additionally, Sergio's willingness to be proactive in making himself available throughout the process made for a smooth and comfortable experience. The final cost of the job came in below our estimate.

I couldn't have have a more positive experience.  Upscale Remodeling fills the niche of "finishing carpentry."  He was recommended by a local millwork store as one of their sub-contractors.  Sergio Cordeiro was a dream to work with.  He worked around my three dogs'  schedules.  Planned the entire job and estimated costs a couple of months in advance; offered professsional suggestions on tasks that I could perform prior to his arrival.  The door that I chose didn't quite fit the hole created when he removed the old sliding glass door.  However, and this is where his true professionalism showed through - he was able to modify the existing hole to ensure a "glove-tight" fit of the new doors.  He finished all the trim with interior/exterior primer.  I was given a steep discount becuse I agreed to finsh the drywall repairs, wall painting and staining of the trim.  Sergio was on time and ready to work for the two days it took to complete the project.  He is a worker!  Prior to his leaving, we agreed that later this year, I'd schedule him to return to install some more energy efficient windows.
