Work was completed and we called back because the sun room was not nearly cool enough. They added one more vent. Room was not cool in summer and felt another solution may be warranted. Called and never heard back from them. We've been calling for years because of different problems and had to use other services and fortunately we were satisfied with other companies. I just think of you spend $10,000 and have problems they should at least have the courtesy of calling you back if you need their help. We weren't difficult to deal with and just wanted answers to problems that occurred through the years. This company will not return a call after they
