The work went very well. It was a difficult time of year as the construction took place from the beginning of December and with Christmas and New Years thrown into the mix it took a bit longer. Jamie, the head carpenter (jack of all trades) is extremely knowledgeable and did a great job. Always cleaned up at the end of the day and put everything back in its place. Both Jamie the Owner and Jamie the carpenter really understood my ideas and vision and always came up with a great solution. Both of the Jamie's are extremely well mannered and a pleasure to work with. Will definitely hire again! I have attached a few pictures -- a before pic and 2 after --- Forgot to mention that the kitchen was expanded by 2 feet moving the sink area back. Back tile still needs to be done (by husband).

I am impressed! Jaime came into my home, gave me a quote and within two weeks I had a new kitchen. The work that he did was just perfect, every detail was just the way I wanted it. He kept in touch with me and told me exactly what he would be doing in my home and what time he would be there. (See photo’s). I cannot say enough about J. Steen. This company is a company that you can trust. If your looking for a good carpenter who pays attention to detail, then this is the person to hire for your project. I would definitely use J.Steen again and in fact I will be calling him soon to paint and put a new floor in my living room.

The work was seamless... Jaime carpentry never disappoints , i have used this service for my jobs through the last couple of years from fixing up my first home for it to be move in ready, to preparing it for for sale, most recent i used Jaime Carpentry for a much needed apartment facelift. He took my visions and and made them reality! No job to small or big for Jaime Carpentry he aims to please his customers and takes pride in his work.

I love my kitchen. The changes made to my existing cabinets make them feel new and updated and very rich looking. Countertop and backsplash are beautiful and my new porcelain tile floors are great. Jaime Steen was very attentive to what I wanted and made everything look fantastic down to the smallest detail. He went out of his way to please us and was always polite and respectful. It is not pleasant living in a renovation zone while work is going on, but we tried to stay out of their way and they worked deligently from day one until completion to get things done in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves each day which allowed us to continue to live in our house during renovation.

The quality of their work was outstanding. They were very helpful, both in listening and advising, highly organized, kept me informed ahead of time, and a pleasure to work with. The kitchen is truly beautiful.

They were amazing!!! All the work was completed when they said it would be. To top it off he refused to take my final payment until all the work was completed! Unheard of!!! It's sad to say but in today's day and age you really can't trust anyone but J.Steen Carpentry is a company I loved working with, yes I said WITH, Jaime listened to all my ideas explained to us the pro's and con's of each and helped us decide based on our ideas and needs. As if all of that wasn't enough of a reason to hire them they also stayed well within our budget, enough that we can start on the bathroom! I couldn't be happier!!!

Mr. Steen was on time, polite and cleaned up each day before he left for the day. His work is impecable!
