Hetzler Contracting

The roof was put on three years ago. After the job was finished, the roof was leaking from many, many places. The owner came to my house and explained he had uses a sub contractor who didn't know what they were doing. They came back and fixed it. The roof is leaking AGAIN. A three year old roof shouldn't be leaking. I paid 11,000 dollars for the roof. When I called them to come and look at the roof they have not called me back. IT's been several months. I many have to file a claim in small claims court. BEWARE! They used to be the best in the area. Not even close now. Do Not Hire. They are horrible.

At first it was nice and done quick but after a couple of months the drip edge started to flip because it was installed improperly. I contacted them at least 30 times they have said they will come out but then never do so quality is not there first priority and I am overally disappointed in the way we have been handled.

As I described above he installed a new roof on an old and difficult historic building.
His work was fast, thorough and exceptional quality. His team was careful in their work and immaculate in cleaning up each day. I was thrilled with the job and his cost for the job.

It could have been worse. The crew went at the job with energy and technique that showed professional commitment to the job. But we had the feeling that and quot;nobody was in chargeand quot;. We had a number of complaints and when all is said and done, we are satisfied with the job.

Terrible - roof never leaked before and now I had leaking from roof through two ceilings because they did not take care with the flashing. Response to problem took two years and when they came they placed the hose in my chimney to show me that was the problem which it wasn't. I had water all over my hardwood floor and still a leak in my ceiling. Then they took a ladder upstairs to get access to my attic and as the guy came down the stairs he hit the wall and banister at every step down. After they repaired the flashing I was still left with a two by one foot hole in my ceiling from the leak and a stained ceiling on the next floor. I had other leaks and they fixed them with caulking. Never hire, never, never!

Excellent. Prompt response to request for quote. Material delivered next day and job completed in three days.

The experience was really positive. We had a bit of a delay because the color of shingles we chose being out of stock. We decided to wait and get the color we wanted rather than choosing an alternative that was in stock. The materials were delivered Wednesday morning and the job was done on Thursday. They came with a big crew who clearly had worked together a lot. The got the job done very quickly and did a great job. The clean up was great, too, including running a magnet over the driveway so we wouldn't get nails in our tires.

Called for estimate .contractor came to inspect with in a week. Price was excellent. Estimate was complete and to the exact needs were specified. Contractor had all the necessary insurance, signed contract and work started with in 3 days of the signing.workmen were very professional . Job was complete on time as specified. Owner came to do a final inspection to insure my satisfaction.

They did a fine job. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves.

Rich came over and gave an estimate. Hetzler's estimate was not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. After checking Hetzler's references and calling the building inspector to make sure they didn't have any violations, I decided to go with them. The job was finished in a couple of days everything went as planned. The crew was very professional and left the property in perfect condition. I'm very happy with the new roof and plan to use Hetzler Contracting for work in the future.

Overall, they did a great job. They were friendly, polite, and they knew what they were doing. They also did a very good job cleaning. I was very satisfied with the work they did and I thought they did unbelievable job.
