FRANK WAS THE FIRST REPAIRMAN THAT WE HAD WHO KNEW WHAT TO DO TO GET OUR SUB ZERO RUNNING PROPERLY. HE WAS EFFICIENT AND GOT THE JOB DONE.

Franks was initially very responsive. He arranged fot an evaluation quickly and was on time for his appointment. He diagnosed the issue (a simple failed fan) and took the responsibility to order the part. We paid the requisite fee at the time of service. We have not heard back from Franks Service to advise us of the status of our order.

Great Experience dealing with this pro. His pricing was more affordable for me than some of the competition. He was pleasant and reasonable to deL with. He fixed my washer after ordering a part that needed replacing, but first had to order the part then go pick it up. He picked up the part and came and replace it 2 days later. I THOUGHT THIS WAS A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME TO WAIT.

He thought the motor just needed an adjustment and was wrong. So he did nothing to fix the problem but sure collected his fee effortlessly!

He came to my house and fixed my washer machine and received payment. Hours late my washer machine began making the same noise. I called him back to let him know and he said he had to order apart. I am still in the process of waiting. Every time I call him he says the part is not in yet and he will check on it and call me back which he never does. It has been almost 2 months.

He was paid I wait for a month and then he never came back to finish the job I tried to get in contact with him multiple times and he did not respond.

Frank is good, open, and knowing what he is doing, and on time Service fee is a little bit more than the repair service I hired before to fix my Kenmore dryer, but consider in the market there are more repair services for Kenmore than for Samsung, I think that's reasonable (I quoted another service for my Samsung and their service fee was much much more). I recommend Frank, especially when you have a Samsung appliance need fix. Also, I strongly encourage people that don't buy any Samsung appliances, my range is 2.5 year old and had a leaking valve. Also my fridge is 5 year old and has a broken icemaker (and frosted fan in the back which I fixed myself). Repairing Samsung appliances will also cost you more than a US brand.
