Empire Hyundai of Fall River

My son purchased a used Kia Sorento from this dealer. The experience was a nightmare from start to finish. After hours of negotiation, we finally agreed on a price. We were convinced that purchasing an extended warranty would be prudent as it would cover problems not covered by Kia's own warranty. After signing the purchase agreement, we contacted Kia and learned that their warranty would, in fact, cover everything in the warranty offered by the dealer. Unfortunately, the paperwork had already gone through and weeks later, it still doesn't reflect the actual purchase price (minus the dealer's extended warranty). Recently, the car had a flat tire, and at that time, my son noticed that the wrench needed to change it was missing. As this was a used car, it could be that parts were missing, but the dealer should have made my son aware that he needed to go to a Kia dealer to replace the wrench. When the tire was being repaired, my son also noticed that the inspection sticker had never been placed on the windshield. How could a car dealer release a vehicle without a thorough check list which would have included ensuring that the inspection sticker was affixed to the windshield? Multiple calls to the dealer have not been returned. Their sales and financing departments are entirely unprofessional. I would never use this dealership for any reason in the future.
