The quality of the cleaning was very good to excellent. It did take longer than we thought (over a week). The service person who cam to pick up the rugs did move the furniture, roll up the rugs, and take them away. On return, my son was home and let the same service person in. This time, he did not bother to re-install over the existing pads and / or move the furniture. Rather he left them rolled up and exited ( nor did he ask my son if he wanted them laid over the pads). We felt he should have put them back the way he found them.
