They are very good. He can be very busy depending when you call.

Bob did some troubleshooting and was able to determine that there was no issue with the ice maker other than it was not getting water. It turned out that the filter needed to be replaced. He was able to ascertain the problem and fix the issue quickly. He charged me for labor for one person (even though he had a helper with him) and for the replacement filter.
