Don't let my ratings dissuade you, the quality of the work was great; however there certainly is an overall lack of organization to the buisness end of things. I'll give a "for instance" for my meaning: I called on May 1st to schedule an appointment for the 13th... I was told to "Call back on the 8th to make sure the parts were ordered".
I dropped the car off for them on Sunday night for my Monday morning appointment (they kinda have a drop box). Somehow I managed to miss their phone call just before noon, but I called them back around 2:00pm. I had to remind them that I wanted the rear ABS sensor replaced (thank god they had ordered it in case I called them back) They were able to finish the repairs on time and I drove out of there VERY pleased with the work performed.
Bottom Line: Personally I am used to more professionalism, but I don't mind sacrificing some for the (apparently rare) Saturday hours which are VERY important to my 1 car family.
