There was some minor issue with scheduling. Atlas did call on the previous Saturday to see if I was available and I was not.
I was given a time from of 9am-12pm , I received a call at 12:02 to tell me he wan on the way. However what should have been a 20 minute trio to my residence took close to an hour. Once he arrived he diagnosed and fix the dryer issue. He was gone in about an hour.
