At Your Service

Terrible.  Missed initial appointment.  On rescheduled appointment, serviceman did a terrible job, and left several windows on-touched.  They agreed to someone back, who then missed several scheduled appointments, on two occasions even after we were told by the office that we were the next appointment and he was only fifteen minutes away.   On the fourth or fifth rescheduled appointment, the serviceman finally showed.  We were shocked to discover it was the same guy, even after my wife had explicitly requested they send someone else. The guy stayed for less than twenty minutes, left without saying he was leaving, and still left much of the work undone.  At this point, we simply gave up.
