Chip returned our inital call prompty and scheduled to come to our home that weekend. He called us when he was close so we were aware he was on his way. He showed up on time and was very polite and professional. He was able to fix part of our water issue, which was not enough hot water, by replacing the spindles. Because we have an older heating unit, he had to order the mixing valve. He returned the following Friday and completed the job. Chip was very meticulous and was most concerned about completing the job correctly and to our satisfaction. Now the water in our house is a perfect temperature and is sustained throughout our water usage.
I will definately use Chip in the future for any plumbing issues we may have.
