In-House Custom

The window replacements went smoothly and quickly. The window provider, (Harvey) screwed up the order but once that was resolved Adam and his crew did a great job installing- quick, Clean, and professional. Adam had selected the windows and they are perfect- easy to clean, good looking, and energy efficient. Adam and his crew built two stockade fences for me very quickly and they look great. I found Adam always very willing to help with extra jobs, such as patching walls and moving a boulder for me,. That meant a lot to me and means I can rely on his company to support me in all the jobs I have around this house. Adam and his team go the extra mile and do great work.

I gave them an A because I only consider businesses who are rated A, and I believe they deserve a phone call. However, I was not completely happy with the outcome. My project was small (build-in cabinets around the washer/dryer in my bathroom.) I had drawn up a diagram with dimensions. They also replaced the trim around the bathroom door and window. We had agreed that I would do the painting. They completed the project in one day. I won't make this review too long by going into specifics, but in hindsight I think lack of communication and attention to certain details (I blame myself too) as the reason why it's not exactly as I wanted and why I had more work to do after they were done. Adam and his brother were very pleasant and professional. Just make sure you are all "on the same page."

They finished carpentry work and crown molding.  They were great.  They did an excellent work.  They did a nice job.  They were responsive and punctual.  They were very professional.
