GBK gave me a very good estimate 1 to remove the tree completely and 2 just to do a heavy trim. We ended up just doing the trim because Someone else was pay. They gentleman that ran the bucket was a nice guy and asked if there was anything else he can cut and if it looked good. Cleanup was perfect, timing couldn't be any better than what time they said. They said late afternoon because I needed it done asap so I was there, they should up the date they said but in the morning and take was fine. I wish they had call me to let me know because I was able to head out to do stuff. Also they said they only take cash or check, wish they took card over the phone or did something online/website. Overall great company quick on doing the estimate and was cheaper then 5 other companies on both estimates.

Excellent and efficient team. From getting the quotes that didn't change at all during the process, to finishing the job in a day (8 trees removed, 3 of which went over my house), this group of guys were the best for the job. GBK company did a fantastic job removing a large maple tree from my yard. The crew was very professional courteous. They were very knowledgeable and brought the right equipment to do the job quickly and efficiently . Their attention to detail was awesome and they did great job cleaning up when they were through.

Professional, personable and responsive!

I am awaiting completion of project because of the weather. GBK Company came immediately to schedule to my home to review project and sent a proposal without delay!

Good estimate from GB,but follow up took 3 weeks. No reply to voice messages and limited to email. Equipment broke down day before scheduled work, rescheduled 3 days later, but canceled by GB, said he would call when he was available. Too much of a hassle to deal with.
