All Pro Quick Oil Change

I loved going to All Pro given its convenient location in my neighborhood.  However, I found that when my old Jeep needed more than a routine oil change or brake pads the staff seemed overwhelmed.  The installed a new ignition coil in my engine, which was defective and certainly did not perform right when they started up the engine to return my car to me.  I'm no mechanic but I could tell the problem was not fixed.  They tried giving me the car back without making sure the ignition coil was okay and installed properly.  I had to tell them to fix it and not just ignore the problem.
That was the worst experience I had at All Pro.  Overall, they did quality work on my Jeep, including new brakes and front axles.  If the staff didn't seem overwhelmed when it comes to dealing with a major issue, I would still go there all the time.  For now, I will just stick with oil changes.
