Overall, the porch/deck/patio projects went wonderfully. Nick Vrapi was able to roll with the punch and handle all the little nuances/roadblocks that came into play with older homes and corrected them with ease. When installing the porch, we found rotten beams and structural elements that were no longer sound. He remedied that with a lot of care and made it a great place for the family to enjoy. With the patio, we ran into an issue with piping for gutter drainage pipes moving water away from the house that were easily remedied as he moved them to better accomodate the deck and still serve their original purpose. Both porches are wonderful and we have had a great time enjoying his finished product.
