Excellent! The first cleaning is a thorough cleaning, including windows, refrigerator and oven, so it takes a bit longer than the average biweekly cleaning. They are punctual, professional, and efficient. They use their own cleaning products, and your home will not smell like a bunch of different chemicals. Their pricing is very competitive, you will not be disappointed. I have been using them for over a year now, and they have exceeded my expectations! (I had the same cleaning gal for almost 20 years before she left. VR outdid her in every respect). highly recommend them!!
