The glasses were ready to be picked up on schedule, which was great. It's so convenient to pick them up and do some shopping in the same trip. I also liked getting the lens wipes, a microfiber cloth, and the hard-sided case. A few months after I got my glasses, one pair had a split at the top of the lens. I think the frame was tightened too much on the glass. I took them with me the next time I went to Target and the person at the desk couldn't have been nicer. They said they would send the glasses to the lab to be fixed and call me when they were done. A few days later and they were all set. I honestly wasn't sure if they would tell me that there was nothing they could do. I was very pleased with that service and attentiveness. I would go back there - I felt like they were experienced and interested in helping me. The convenience factor is huge, too. They were easy to work with and responsive. The equipment seemed clean and up-to-date so I was comfortable there.
Description of Work: I went to Target last year because I could tell my eye prescription had changed. I had money in my flex-spending account so I wanted to spend it on new glasses and contacts. I called to make the appointment and they had weekend openings available, which is ideal for me. They took me on time and everything was easy. I didn't have a container to put my contacts in so they gave me one, which was nice. The diagnostic exams were simple and I was right - my prescription had worsened slightly. After the exam the technician helped me pick out frames and explained the promotion they were running. I got a little indecisive and tried on lots of glasses but they were very patient! They carry a lot of fun brands and shapes so the selection was great. Maybe too great since I couldn't narrow it down! I appreciated the one-on-one attention. This review is specifically for the location at 1 Mystic View Rd., Everett MA -- I didn't see that particular location during the search and I tried to enter the address to show this particular place but I'm not sure that it worked.
