Target

The glasses were ready to be picked up on schedule, which was great. It's so convenient to pick them up and do some shopping in the same trip. I also liked getting the lens wipes, a microfiber cloth, and the hard-sided case. A few months after I got my glasses, one pair had a split at the top of the lens. I think the frame was tightened too much on the glass. I took them with me the next time I went to Target and the person at the desk couldn't have been nicer. They said they would send the glasses to the lab to be fixed and call me when they were done. A few days later and they were all set. I honestly wasn't sure if they would tell me that there was nothing they could do. I was very pleased with that service and attentiveness.
I would go back there - I felt like they were experienced and interested in helping me. The convenience factor is huge, too. They were easy to work with and responsive. The equipment seemed clean and up-to-date so I was comfortable there.
