Sylvia's Cleaning

The crew always does a thorough job - I love the smell of a clean house. I am especially particular about having a shiny kitchen floor - they do a better job than I do. I tell them once and never have to repeat myself or point out anything that may not be perfect.

We have been using Sylvia's Cleaning for a couple of years now and continued to do so even through a move to a new house. Sylvia and Junior are lovely people and our house is spotless, shiny and smells great after they are done! We also used their window cleaning service when we moved into our new house and they did an excellent job. They are reliable, responsive and professional, and we have been happy to recommend them to our friends.

They do a great job, the price is fair, and they're always friendly and responsive.

Wonderful! They responded promptly to my first inquiry, and were very helpful on their first visit. I have had four cleanings, and have always been very pleased. When I needed to reschedule recently, they got back to me right away and were very accommodating. Always professional, thorough, polite, and pleasant.

Contact was easy and Sylvia showed up on time to provide an estimate for a very dirty new house.  I needed to get it fully cleaned prior to moving in.  We agreed on a fixed price based on a result and Sylvia was able to arrange to the cleaning for the next day.  She and Junior did a very thorough cleaning which included everything (e.g. took the screens off the windows, scraped paint off the floor, got all the appliances including the oven).  They were on-time, professional, and did everything they said they would.  I would hire them again and recommend to others. 

sylvia and junior arrived right on time and worked tirelessly for over 3 hours. Everything sparkled when they left. Our house was very dusty and had little professional cleaning done in 7 months so every nook and cranny needed attention.

They are WONDERFUL!!! I have worked with many cleaning services over the years and have yet to find a better service! Silvia and her team are extremely thorough! My husband always raves the day they come. The house is so clean, amazingly they find corners I didn't know we had! The house smells like heaven, they take great pride in their work which is evident in the extra touches they apply. They have never been late, never had to cancel, and are an absolute pleasure to work with. We adore them and are so grateful to have found them for they are really wonderful people.

When I started my search on Angie's list, Sylvia was responsive with my questions. She also immediately scheduled a visit to understand my needs -- she (and her husband) asked about me expectation, e.g., do I want things sorted or simply put away, do I want to clean inside of the fridge.  I noticed she wrote down my requests in a notebook neatly.  She also took a picture of parking space and keys so she will be able to match later.  Very professional!
Today is the second time I used Sylvia and I am amazing by how nice my apartment looks -- the wood floor is sparking, bed was made neatly, trash taken out, and Sylvia even arranged my daughter's stuff animals nicely on her bed!I  I can't wait for our 3rd cleaning.  
I highly recommend Sylvia's service -- you won't be disappointed. 

I have used Sylvia's for about two years now and am very happy with the service they provide. Sylvia and her husband come together and I trust them to care for my home. Even our dog likes them! The house is always clean and smells great when we get home after a cleaning. I find them easy to communicate with -- we text and talk -- to arrange appointments and discuss any specifics. I highly recommend them!

They are fairly punctual, depending on how many clients they have before me, but on the rare occasion they had to cancel they always called me to tell me and to reschedule. We are not the most organized/clean family so when they come to clean our home looks much cleaner, enough not to be embarrassed if anyone dropped by.

Junion, Sylvia and Junio showed up early. They were efficient and professional. And their pric could not b beaten.

They arrived on time and cleaned the entire house (including kitchen, 3 baths and 4 beds) perfectly. All surfaces became so clean. I will definitely ask them again at the next tenant change.

I have used other cleaning services in the past, and I'm most impressed with Sylvia's Cleaning. They've been coming for the past several weeks on an every-other-week basis. I was surprised with how thorough and efficient they are. They even wash dishes. They are very friendly and pleasant to work with, and enthusiastically follow any instructions. They use my cleaning supplies at my request and put everything back when done. They are easy to reach on the phone if I have a scheduling issue.

Originally Sylvia was part of the crew of cleaners for Costa Cleaning which was headed by Elizabeth Costa.  When Elizabeth had to leave for personal reasons, she left me in the capable hands of Sylvia and her partner Fabula.  These women are a pleasure to work with.  They are competent professionals who are open for suggestions on how they can serve you better.
I have a home with things in it that require special treatment.  "Don't use this or that on this thing and treat this other thing with special care." These ladies are conscientious and capable enough to meet these needs.  They are open to using natural products when possible.  They will also tell you whether or not a product is working well enough or if a substitute is necessary.  They want to do their jobs right and they want the results to show that.
You couldn't ask for better workers or nicer people.  Their cleaning is through and their character unimpeachable.

Went well overall. They are responsive to requests.

Sylvia's Company is reliable, punctual and thorough in her work. Very friendly staff.
