Once the 3 man crew arrived, the move went like clockwork. The movers were polite, efficient, extremely careful and never stopped until the truck was loaded. They wrapped every piece of furniture including the pieces from a table they had to take apart. As the crew was finishing up the first leg of the job, the supervisor/owner Israel showed up to ensure that the move was going smoothly and we were satisfied so far. We appreciated the fact that he came to check-in.
The last leg of the job went equally as well. The men worked quickly and carefully until the truck was completely empty. At the end of the job, when the crew leader was reviewing the costs for payment, the work time costs had be miscalculated. Once my daughter rechecked it with him, they re-figured it to the correct amount and off they went! Overall, the whole move went extremely well. We would definitely use them again, highly recommend them to others and thank them for being so responsive and getting us out of quite a predicament! Thanks to Israel and the crew!
