Not well ! The carpenter he sent was not knowledgeable in porch, pillar, & gutter repair. It looked good when it was finished but it leaked with the first rain and they wanted to return during a major storm to fix it with patch work. I did not want that or want the same carpenter to work on our home so I asked for a small settlement but he would not agree. A lesson learned, even though the owner wanted the payment the last day of the morning of the work and I paid at the end of the day, I would now wait to see if the work is satisfactory after the first rain.
