Bobby responded immediately to my request and was able to fix my disposal without my having to purchase a new one. He is well-equipped with tools needed for the job at hand, is consistently prompt, professional and reasonable with his rates. Bobby is friendly, but not overly chatty. I appreciate his professionalism and expertise and highly recommend him.
