Very well. They are quick and efficient, usually done in under 2 hours. There have been a few areas that have required some "coaching" such as making our beds the way we like and using our natural cleaners instead of theirs. Lily leads the team and is very friendly. The team's English is not very strong, mostly speaking Portuguese. Since we are on a 3 week schedule that can mean that our day/time alternates but it hasn't been a big problem, usually we confirm via text message. I choose to be home when they are here though occasionally I leave before they are done and they lock up on the way out.
