Premium Painting

Alan responded promptly to my email inquiries. He and his assistant spent 2+ hours removing snow from the roof. His price was fair and competitive. They worked very hard under difficult conditions and paid attention to all of my concerns. He and his assistant were very polite, worked quietly, and cleaned up everything. I have already recommended him to a neighbor but I don't know if she contacted him or not. I will probably request quotes for his services for work on my deck, fence and house in the future once the snow melts!

Alan and team did a great job all around - he was very flexible and I can't say enough about his work quality and speed.

They do excellent work as promised.  They were on time and I am very pleased with what they did.

Let's get something out of the way out front: I like Premium's owner, Alan.  Perfect gentleman, responsive, trust him in my house.  For the most part, the job was done well.  But when I hire someone to do something that I could probably do myself with enough time, I expect it to be done perfectly or close to perfectly.  It was not.
Although the workers put down paper, I've still found paint on my floors or a bit of trim color on my walls and wall color on my trim.  Either the painter or the contractor misplaced two of the window pane grids I'd left out to be painted.  The painters were more or less finished when the window pane grids were found.  I left them out to be painted when the painters came by to finish up.  The painters finished up a few things, but they did not paint the window grids.    
"No matter," I think, "Nothing's perfect.  I'll finish up."  I open up the paint to find that the painters had left their roller in my paint.  Said paint roller, left in the paint, was shedding flecks of dried paint schmutz into my paint.  I don't like schmutz in my paint.  And I really I don't like picking schmutz off of the trim that I had paid someone else to paint.

Alan was professional and a pleasure to work with from start to finish.   We were moving into a new construction home and had all the interior walls painted.  Alan and his crew arrived on time and did great work and took great care of our home, covering every inch of flooring before starting.  My husband and I made some last minute decisions to do some additional carpentry work just prior to the start of the paint job (molding, dry wall and new steps) and although this meant additonal work for the crew and working around our carpenter, Alan and his team were understanding and very cooperative.  All the last minute changes couldn't have been easy for them to deal with but they were great and worked long hours (and Alan himself came in on Saturday and evenings) to get the work done.  Overall we were and continue to be very happy with the work that was done.

Alan Valdes the owner of Premium Painting was recommended by my neighbor who was pleased with the work he did. Alan looked at my place and gave me an estimate which I thought was very fair. He and his crew did an excellent job. They were extremely thorough, careful and professional. I especially appreciated how much Alan communicated with me throughout the job. He returned phone calls promptly and double-checked with me if he had any questions (I used 3 different paint colors, plus ceiling paint). He was courteous and friendly at all times. He told me to call if there were any problems after the paint dried, and I did. There was one small spot on the ceiling that didn't look right. He came back promptly and fixed the problem to my satisfaction. He did excellent work and was a pleasure to work with.
