They charged me $500, the fix stopped leaking for less than 12 hours, he refused to come back and readdress the unfixed leak after I had paid him. Poor service, Do not hire this company.

"Unfortunately, I just saw this now... which is almost a year old. I told you four reasons why the boiler relief valve would be blowing off. YOU wanted to go the cheapest route first which was to replace the expansion tank water feeder and relief valve. Wish you Googled those prices... you'll see that the amount you paid was more than fair to you. You needed a new indirect tank and I could not accommodate you the next morning. I'm sorry you feel that you have been slighted."

Phillip was very professional from theinitial quote. He promptly sent a written quote detailing what was to be accomplished. He arrived on time the day the work was to be performed. Philip was very prepared to do the work, including all tools, materials, adhesives, etc.. He cleaned up or debris after the work was completed, and the joints are professional and clean looking. It's obvious Phillip is accomplished at his trade. Would not hesitate to recommend, or hire Phippli[ in the future.....Kurt
