Reinaldo really cares about his customers. He was very good at staying in touch and keeping me updated at every step of the process. He was always available to answer my questions. The estimate was very reasonable and accurate, there were no surprise charges. He replaced rotted wood where needed and made our house look better than it has in years. The team was very nice and respectful. I will hire them again when needed and definitely recommend them to everyone.

Reinaldo's team at Neves Painting is amazing! They had the best pricing, recommendations, and soonest availability of all the painting companies my husband and I researched (which was a lot). They did not disappoint -- very personal, professional, friendly, punctual, responsive, and patient. We wanted to paint our walls and possibly cabinets in our condo in Jamaica Plain to get it ready to sell and commissioned Neves painting in Feb. 2020. I had no idea what colors to paint or what would go well together, especially when we had to match the very warm-colored tile and counter tops in the kitchen and were attempting a more neutral, cool-colored vibe -- I was so stressed how I could make it work and almost hired a designer... Reinaldo made some awesome suggestions based on other homes he had painted to sell recently and pointed out how I should look at the contrast and in all of the different lighting (the back of the kitchen gets natural light in the day, one side has fluorescent bulbs under the cabinets, and the overhead lighting was soft lighting -- similar contrasts in the bedroom, not to mention it was hard to tell against the current bright orange, green, and red walls -- what a nightmare!). Reinaldo picked up so many different samples for me (really way more than he should have, at no extra cost) and painted in specific places to show the different lighting and contrast -- he never rushed me and even went out to get more samples when I didn't like any of the bedroom ones (it looked so washed out when I actually got it on the walls and had to go way darker than I anticipated). Reinaldo was always so patient and gracious. His team even caulked some of the cracks around the windows and painted over, which we thought we'd have to do ourselves or get another contractor for. I can't believe how amazing everything turned out! We wanted to paint when we first moved in but never got around to it -- wish we had done this sooner because the place looks so much brighter, more modern, and definitely more high end. As if that wasn't enough, I texted a week or two later about a few touch up spots and Reinaldo came right back to help (which I later found out the spots were from something my dog was doing with his food that I just never noticed on the orange wall...). Can't say enough great things about Reinaldo and Neves Painting!

Reinaldo Neves and his crew were the best! excellent service before, during and after the works. Very professional team, always flexible to accommodate our requests. It was a big project, a lot of details on the facade of our house in Jamaica Plain. They are certified for lead removal. Excellent finishes. They stayed within the budget and timeline. Awesome work!!!

We contracted with Neves Painting and within a couple days they started. scraping the trim of our early 50's expanded cape. The trim was in bad shape and the siding, a mix of wood and aluminum clapboard, was a faded beige. They scraped, filled, primed, and painted the trim a semi-gloss white, We chose slate gray low-luster Benjamin Moore Aura exterior paint for the siding, which they applied 2 coats of, using their spray and roll-over technique. The results were amazing. The clapboard now has a beautiful and very uniform, very slightly textured finish. It does not look hand-applied- very nice! The project took 4-1/2 days from 8am to 6pm- these men work HARD. I am very impressed. I have received compliments from all the neighbors. There were no issues in all my dealings with Reinaldo. All the plantings around the house were protected during the work, there was no damage or surprise charges at the end. They are true professionals, and I highly recommend Neves Painting for all your painting needs.

Reinaldo was so professional. He took the time to cover up all areas of the house that paint could get on. The job came out great. After the job was completed we went over everything he painted, and allow me to show him some things I didn't like. He immediately corrected them. That's great service!!!!!

It has been a remarkable experience working with this team of young men. Their work is impeccable! Their work was flawless. If there was something that did not look 100%, they would fix the area without complaint or objection. Rather than applying a quick fix with a swish of a paintbrush, the full area was prepped and repainted. This polite, courteous and timely crew worked efficiently with wonderful precision. Their preparation was meticulous as they were sure to carefully cover the floors and other areas which were not being painted. As required, areas were patched, sanded, re-patched and re-sanded as necessary before the painting began. Shortcuts were not used as they used brushed and rollers as their use was appropriate. Without question, Reinaldo and his crew far exceeded all of our expectations as they painted the interior of our home as well as our mahogany decks. They proved to be the best of the best. We would never hesitate to call them for any future painting jobs.

EXCELLENT JOB

The owner was very professional. The only reason why I gave a 4.5 star rating instead of a 5 was that some of the workers don't speak English as theirs first language. I would hire them again. The price was reasonable and the job was done on time. Again the owner is very professional and he accepts credit cards. He had the correct insurance and again was very professional.

Very courteous workers. Quick reply. Excellent job! Highly reccomend and will use again for another job.

I am so thankful to him for his response. He made me feel good about my concerns.He was working at a job when I approached him to do my job. Came the next day to look at the job. Reinaldo and his team were very efficient and polite. They always arrived early, worked very hard and stayed extra hours to finish the project on time. They were very patient when I wanted to change colors, cleaned up after themselves and even suggested to come back for some touch up after my flooring renovation. They were extremely great to work with, and my home now looks brand new because of their excellent work! The pricing they offer is great and the service was even greater than expected! I will definitely recommend them to my friends in need and will use them again in the future.

Reinaldo and his 2 helpers went way above and beyond our expectations. They were patient as I changed one color. They prepped rough walls, rehung 2 closet doors and thoroughly cleaned up every thing. Reinaldo and the guys did great work on three bedrooms and a hallway. Challenge came when we realized the ceilings were Calcimine and the prep had to be undone and then re-done, as the paint was peeling. They arrived early to the job, stayed late, finishing on the fifth day due to the ceilings and prep to deal with 82 year old crown moulding removal. The place looks great!
