They start with a visit to confirm the work, then a detailed contract with schedule of both work and payments. They stick to the schedule. Their electrical and painting and tile partners are highest quality. The work Monarch does is also of the highest quality. They are very careful to understand what we want and check in regularly. And, they are courteous and cheerful and generous with their time. We have a deep respect for them and for their work. Every new job makes the house feel like an even better place to live. We recommend them highly.
