The quality of his work is fabulous! He takes his time, is very careful and conscientious, and tells you all about what he's doing and why (I like to know details). He is very friendly and pleasant to deal with. He had several people working for him on this large job, but he was definitely in charge and checking their work. The paint on the house exterior has held up beautifully, no peeling, etc. The fence repairs were pretty extensive, and those have held up very well, too. The dormer work was needed because of rotting wood clapboard found during the scraping, and he added some extra protective layers under the eave to help prevent the same from happening again. He cleaned up well at the end, too. All the work was done a while ago, and all of it looks great and has held up beautifully.
