There was no furniture in the house at that time. They did a very good job on the repairs. For the most part, the finish was done very nicely on the floor. However, around the base boards, they did not do a very good job. They kind of marred up my baseboard. They were the most reasonably priced.

It all went very smoothly. We had flooring installed before moving in to our new house (so, the rooms were completely empty).
LM Flooring provided me a ballpark quoteover the phone based on my measured square footage. Then, he came out for a formal measurement and quote, and was very punctual. The ballpark and actual square footage only differed slightly. We requested using 3 coats of Bona Kemi Traffic, which was includedin the quote.
Flooring was delivered in the appointed time window, and was allowed to acclimate to the house for a week. The actual installation occurred over 3 days. On the first day, carpeting was removed, doors were taken off their hinges, the flooring was all installed, and a first coat of Bona was put down. The second and third days were when the last two coats of Bona were put on, and doors reinstalled.
While LM Flooring did wipe everything down, there still was some fine dust on the walls and other surfaces (we planned to hire a cleaning service even before deciding to redo the floors, so this was not an issue for us). Also, some shelves that were removed for clearance were not re-placed (it only took us 10 minutes to do so -- again, not an issue for us).
The floors look great, the installation went as scheduled with no hiccups, and the price was the best we found by 30%.

It went well. The end result is nice. The things I'm a little disappointed with: 1) The quality of 2 minor repairs where the floor was slightly broken on the edge from carpet removal. They filled one with wood filler, and didn't repair the other - just fit the broken piece back in. 2) The only thing that was left clean, was the floors themselves. There was a small to moderate amount of dust everywhere else. 3) I found cigarette butts inside the house and outside of the house on my lawn.
