Our contractor contacted him to install the lights on the outside and inside of our rebuilt porch. He came when he said he would, and the job was done well. He had to come back later to install the inside porch light fixture, and for some reason the light stopped working after he did that. When we called him, he came right back and fixed it, no problem.

He did not get the job done and he left me hanging. He left the place in a total mess. He never has returned any of my calls. So I had to hire someone else to finish the job which ended up costing me a lot more money. It started with excuses and then turned into not returning phone calls. He is a fraud and scoundrel. He is a disgrace to the occupation. He is untrustworthy, I paid him up front and he walked out on the job.
