Irene's Cleaning did post-construction clean-up for us right before we moved in. It was a big job, and I was pleased with the quote. They were prompt and curteous (they actually arrived 30 minutes early)!, and worked for several hours to clean the place. I quickly reviewed the house and said everything looked great, but when we started to move in, we noticed lots of dust in small places (the top of the light fixtures, in the crevasses of the baseboards) etc., that probably needed to have more attention during the clearning. I would hire them again, but I would be more careful in reviewing the work before signing off on everything. The house was FAR cleaner than when they arrived (we'd just had the floors refinished), which was very helpful.

We have had our first week with Irene’s Cleaning service. I have to say we were extremely impressed. The house was spotless and they had done nice touches like turning on accent lamps so that when I got home the house was not only clean, but welcoming. Rogerio was very responsive and great to coordinate with. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Rogerio and his team were fantastic. My house was a mess and they made it sparkle! They were thorough and I've signed on to have them come 2x's/mos. They were professional and worked around me while I entertained my toddler and newborn. AND...the price was right!!!

Very efficient and knowing that this was a move in situation he made suggestions on how and what to clean. He stayed in touch with me so that I did not have to wait hours for him. Also he made arrangements to do this job on our time frame.

Very prompt service and delivered exactly what they said they would. I called at 10AM and they were there at 12:00PM the same day. They had 3 people and took 2 hours to clean 6 rooms 1 bathroom. I would recommend cleaning your own house before they come so they can concentrate on the things that are hard to clean like windows, baseboards, kitchen cabinets, etc. They moved furniture around and cleaned under things, which was most important to me.

I meet with Rugerio on Sunday(on time) to show him what had to be done in the concession stand at a little league field He went over every thing that he would do.On Wednesday he showed up exactly on time to start the enormous job. He called me several hours later to come and look at the job. When I walked into the concession stand I could not believe my eyes. Everything was to perfection. The black floor mats which I thought were black were actually brown. Everything was spotless. His rates for what he had done were excellent.

Rogerio was quick to respond to my original posting for an ongoing housecleaner and came to my house soon thereafter to provide a quote. We subsequently hired him and have been using his company for over 4 months now. His pricing is reasonable and he and his co-workers seem to be trustworthy individuals. They do a thoroough job cleaning the house, although sometimes we have needed to point out certain "trouble" spots that need to be re-cleaned. One word of advice (and this is generally true when dealing with cleaners) - make sure to be as specific as possible when outlining what (rooms, behind certain items, etc.) you need cleaned.

Absolutely love them!! I come home to an immaculate clean home on a biweekly basis. They are on time, friendly, and get the job done. It's the first cleaning service where I didn't feel like I had do some parts again because they weren't done the way I like them.
