BestBuy set up the initial repair call for the next day. They came diagnosed the problem, said I needed a new pump and quoted an approximate cost. The initial call was $74, as per their quote. They ordered the part and confirmed the price of the part and labor for the repair call. Set up the next call, came fixed the problem.

Best Buy was very helpful in my selection and explained that all TV's are going to have to be HD ready soon. The salesman was very nice and professional. This store really impressed me because it is brand new and is very open and not crowded. It was a pleasure just to walk around in there and see all of their products.
