F. Paiva Marble & Granite

We were and still are very happy with the quartz and the work. I communicated with Grace via voice and text, choosing the quartz and providing measurements and pictures of the spaces. My contractor picked up the pieces and when he arrived with them we noticed one was polished on the wrong edge. I let Grace know and she sent someone out quickly to polish the correct edge. No harm, no foul, as they addressed it immediately. Our contractor accidentally dropped a piece of equipment on the installed threshold, chipping it. I contacted Grace and she quickly scheduled a time to have a tech come out to repair it. He did so and we're pleased that it's nearly invisible unless you're really trying to find it. The vanity piece is an uncommon shape and size, requiring in-person measurements by their staff. Scheduling the measurement appointment was easy. When the piece was delivered and installed, it fit perfectly and looked great. We wouldn't hesitate to hire again or recommend Paiva to anyone searching for bathroom and/or kitchen stonework.

The team from F. Pavia Granite and Marble were excellent. Grace in the office is very responsive and organized, She answered all of my questions, sent photos of the granite colors that were included in the deal, and scheduled our template appointment. Fabio (who I believe is the owner) did our template and was very thorough to explain options for edges, corners, seam location, backsplash, etc. The two installers who put in the new counter tops were also excellent. They were very polite, hard working, skilled tradesman each with over 10 years experience in stone fabrication and installation. They were not in a rush and spent a several hours completing a large kitchen counter install with an island and cooktop cutout that had to be done on site due to a delay with the appliance (no fault to the installers). The counter tops look great! Even our plumber was impressed at how well the job came out and asked me to show him where the seam was because he couldn't find it. Again, very skilled workers with great customer service and priced better than any other quote we received.

When the original stone counter top that I ordered from another source was delayed, my contractor recommended Paiva. I met with Fabio on a Friday to choose stone, he was there to measure on the following Monday and that Friday my counter top was installed. I like the new stone so much better that my original choice. Plus the new stone was a higher grade for the same price as the original. One week start to finish, a better product, same price ..... it doesn't get any better than that!!!

F Paiva was great they were on time amd the final look is just amazing the owner came and did the measurements Patricia which was the sales rep helped me pick out the best look and also acommpdate on my budget we picked Monte Carlo granite. Very happy my froenda and famolu loved it as well. Will be seeking them again when i get around to do my grill area.

The overall experience was great! They helped me pick the quartz because i was so indecisive they helped me put. The install was done in one day and it looks beautiful . I already have sent my sister to go lool at some countertop for her kitchen.

We had tried several marble places with very poor responses. When I called Paiva, Patricia said they could come out immediately to look at the job and give us a price. They came the same day and gave us a price. We called them a week later as we were ready to template. They again came immediately, did the template and sent us to a marble and granite warehouse. We picked out marble and they were ready to install it 2 days later. We could not be happier. Patricia and Fabio were terrific. The results were perfect at what we felt was a very fair price. We are getting ready to use them for a second project
