The house was empty. They came in, tore up old carpet, tile and linoleum, repaired, installed and refinished flooring throughout the house. When finished, the house was clean and the floors shining with the exact finish we requested. Though I don't recall the price we paid at the time, they were much more reasonably priced than others.

I have used him many times. He is very good, does excellent work, he's affordable, he's prompt, and he's quick. I like him a lot. His cleanup is pretty good, they left some debris but it was to be expected.

He showed up on time. He did the work very quickly. He was very friendly when he was there working. He cleaned up everything when he was done working.

They were prompt and responsive, on the phone and in person. They installed red oak to fill in the holes where the old heating registers were, but the colors do not match, and we have since learned that they were incorrect, and the old floor is really white oak. In the areas where they installed new floor, they damaged the baseboards (dents/gouges). They did not vacuum thoroughly, so in some areas the floor is rough because of sawdust inside the polyurethane. We have also been told that they also used the cheap polyurethane finish, and there are better products out there. Also, they did not apply enough. In many areas, the floor appears less finished (as if the wood soaked it all up) and is rough instead of smooth. As a result, we were disappointed with the quality of the work but made no attempt to rectify the situation because we needed to move in, and the floors seemed workable. We will not use them again.

The quality was not there. They left a pool on the staining of the hardwood floor.
