This review is for their customer service only.
Kumar claimed to be super busy due to the closing of summer homes that needed attention to their stone, so we had to wait more than 2 months for an appointment just for them to view our counters and provide a quote. Two days before the scheduled appointment they called to confirm the appointment for the next day when in fact the appointment was scheduled for 2 days later. They were not at all accommodating in correcting their error so I had to reschedule my appointments to work them in - we waited 2 months for this appointment after all. When the technician arrived, he was nice enough and provided me with all the necessary details and seemed competent and courteous, although he tried to sell me on the line that the best of the best left their former companies to work for Kumar (I always take those statements with a spoonful of salt). Two weeks later Kumar presented me with a quote twice as much as another company and $400 more than other.
Based on their super slow response times, negative reviews and high price, I went with someone else.

It turned out quite nice. They were very efficient. They had a very diverse and large selection of marble.

Good experience from start to finish. The only snag was finding their showroom. Once there the selections are amazing.
