Exterior Painting
He painted three of four buildings. He left the fourth building with only prime. The paint is already chipping off of each completed building. He explained that the house is old and the wood only has a 20 year warranty. He just keeps giving us excuses to not finish the exterior painting project. He has offered to come and finish the last building, but said that it will not look good. We don’t want him to finish if he can’t guarantee that it will look nice. He did a poor job. He poured paint in my neighbor’s yard and left nails in the area. We signed an original estimate for $12,000 and before the project is complete, the price has doubled to almost $24,000. For the money, the service should be excellent and complete.
