Description of Work: We bought a kitchen set from them. Solid Asian hardwood. When I got it home we noticed a big gouge in it. I called and talked to a rep but it was late on Friday so I called Jeremy on Saturday and he said he'd bring me another set next week. He ended up making 2 trips to me in Medford, he and Steven were very courteous and respectful. They took care of our problems with the set and really went out of their way to do it.
