Pleasantly surprised by the pricing and speed these guys worked at. I was preparing to rent a UHaul to dispose of that stuff. Even got a quote for $460 to get an old queen bed with boxspring and frame removed from my cellar. They did it for less than half the price!

This was a small job. I had some leftover contractor supplies in my basement (mortar mix and 2 opened cement bags). This waste is not allowed in the trash, but I wanted it out of my house. Called Bob up yesterday, his crew came and picked it up this morning. Very responsive and professional. I didn't even need to put it curbside. They took the heavy bags from my basement. I would use them again if needed. Thank you.

I couldn't believe how fast he showed up. He is hauling everything for me. I am very pleased.

I got a call back from Bobby within a few hours of leaving a message and he came out and gave me an estimate the following day. It ended up being a little higher because I added some things after the original estimate. 3 guys (not Bob) showed up at 10:30am for a 9am appointment (I was home all day so I didn't mind). Two guys grabbed stuff and handed it to the third who stowed it in the truck. They finished loading the whole thing within about an hour. They even swept up the smaller pieces and dust left by the construction waste. Its great to finally have my garage back!
I'm not sure how much trash removal is supposed to cost as I've never paid for it directly before. I wasn't uncomfortable with the price, but it didn't feel cheap either. I know the nearby dump charges $135 / ton (or anything below a ton). So that's $115 for the 3 guys and truck for an hour. It seems fair.
I got what I expected and a little more. I'd probably use these guys again and recommend them to anyone.

I was dissatisfied with the level of professionalism. They did nothing to protect my hardwood floors. This morning after they started the job, I had to go get roslyn paper to cover the floors and stairwell. They asked if we were keeping our bathtub and we told them yes and they still dumped the tile rubble into the bathtub and did nothing to protect it. Even though they knew they would be taking down electrical fixtures, they didn't bring any electric tape or wire nuts. They would only talk to my husband which was frustrating. I would not recommend them.

Overall it was a good experience, the only thing was that Bob asked if they could do the job for $300 even, when on the phone they quoted $275. I told them I could have gotten my own dumpster for $289, so I did not agree to pay more than the quoted $275, and Bob was OK with that. They did a great job overall, and the price was great, job was great! I recommend them for option to have instead of getting a dumpster because they took everything and dumped it into their truck, I did not have to do anything!

The job from beginning to end was exceptional. I called Bob on a Monday. He was courteous and responsive and provided me with an estimate based upon my answers to his questions, called before he arrived. Worked around a couple of physical obstacles without complaint, efficiently removed the waste, and cleaned up after he was done. Bob and his crew were friendly and very courteous. I would highly, highly recommend Bob and his crew to anyone.

Bob came over with a crew when he said he would, and efficiently cleaned up the site, making sure that nothing was disposed of that needed to be kept.
