"THERE IS A HUGE MIS-UNDERSTANDING ON THIS CUSTOMER'S BEHALF. YES WE ARE HARD WORKERS BUT WE ARE NOT WORKING FOR YOU FOR FREE. YOUR PLACE FROM THE VERY 1ST CLEANING WAS ALWAYS LEFT "SPARKLING CLEAN" IN YOUR OWN WORDS AND YOU WERE ALWAYS GIVING US YOUR HIGHEST PRAISES ABOUT THE QUALITY SERVICE YOU WERE GETTING, IT'S FUNNY HOW YOU FORGET TO MENTION ABOUT ALL THE "EXTRA" CLEANING YOU REQUEST FOR NO ADDITIONAL COST. 1ST THERE WAS NO ILLNESS, I WAS IN LABOR AND YOU WERE NOT THE ONLY THAT I HAD TO RE-SCHEDULE. 2ND YOU NEVER ANSWER OR RETURNED OUR CALLS, YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE A ANSWERING SERVICE SET UP, IT MAKES IT HARD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. 3RD WE ARE NOT WORKING FOR FREE, YOU HAVE CHANGED THE SCOPE OF WORK TO TWICE AS MUCH FROM THE INITIAL CLEANING, AND THAT'S JUST NOT FAIR TO MY WORKERS, MYSELF AND MY BUSINESS. 4 YOU HAVE ALWAYS REQUESTED FOR US TO USE YOUR CLEANING SUPPLIES, I DON'T UNDERSTAND THE BIG DEAL NOW. 5 YOU CAN STOP BY MY OFFICE ANYTIME AT YOUR CONVENIENCE AND I WILL BE HAPPY TO SHOW YOU ORIGINAL BUSINESS CERTIFICATE DOCS. AND PLENTY OF INFORMATION THAT WILL SURFACE OUR BUSINESS. MY QUESTION TO YOU IS THAT WHY WOULD YOU HIRE US IN FIRST PLACE. I ALSO HAD A GOOD IMPRESSION OF YOU IN DOING BUSINESS TOGETHER, BUT A+ CLEANING WILL NOT BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF, AND PROVIDE HARD WORK AND QUALITY SERVICE TO THOSE WHO ARE WILLING TO PAY AND NOT WORK AROUND TO GET FREE SERVICE. NOTE: YOUR DOG JUMPED ON ONE OF MY WORKERS, AND KNOCKED HER FLAT ON THE GROUND, SHE WAS IN PAIN ALL DAY. I'M SURE HE WAS PLAYING, BUT IT'S NOT THE SAME WHEN YOU ARE AROUND, JUST FOR THE RECORD."
"AS YOU ARE VERY DETAILED IN THIS REPORT I’LL TRY TO RESPOND THE SAME WAY. I WISH YOU WOULD BE MORE HONEST AS I’VE BEEN WITH YOU SINCE DAY ONE. YOU GAVE US A VERY SHORT NOTICE FOR THE 1ST CLEANING; I DO NOT REMEMBER AGREEING WITH YOU ON A FIXED TIME OR HAVING A MISUNDERSTANDING OF THE SCHEDULED 1ST CLEANING DATE. I HAD THE ORIGINAL DATE ON MY CALENDAR AND THAT’S WHEN I SHOWED UP, I APOLOGIZE IF THERE WAS A MIS-UNDERSTANDING ON MY END, BUT I DON’T RECALL HAVING AN ISSUE WITH THAT. IN GENERAL, THIS CAN HAPPEN TO ANYONE, INCLUDING YOURSELF. YES, AT THE TIME OF YOUR CLEANING, I RECENTLY HAD MY SECOND CHILD AND HAD MY HANDS FULL AT THE TIME, BUT AS YOU MENTION ON YOUR REPORT THAT WE SHOWED UP AND YOU WERE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR WORK. SCHEDULING YOUR HOUSE WAS AN ISSUE. THE DATES THAT I INITIALLY PROPOSED BACK WHEN WE FIRST TALKED ABOUT THE WEEKLY SCHEDULE WAS JUST FINE. AFTER THE FIRST CLEANING, I NOTICED THAT IT WAS NOT. WHEN I GAVE YOU THE DAYS/TIME OF THE BI-WEEKLY CLEANING WAS THE ONLY DAYS/TIME THAT I HAD AVAILABLE. I CAN’T SWITCH OR DROP ANY OTHER HOUSES ON MY SCHEDULE BECAUSE ALL OF THE SUDDEN YOU DECIDED TO CHANGE YOUR MIND ON THE DAYS. I HAVE TO BE FAIR AND HONEST TO MY EXISTING CLIENTS AND HONOR MY SCHEDULE. I DID TELL YOU IN THE BEGINNING THAT SOMETIMES WEEKLY AND BI-WEEKLY SCHEDULE IS A WORK IN PROGRESS, IT TAKES MORE TIME THAN A FIRST CLEANING JOB TO GET FAMILIAR WITH THE NEW LOCATION AND CLEANING WORK SCOPE OF A GOOD SIZE HOUSE. WE COULD'VE HAD A BETTER END RESULT IF YOU AT LEAST GAVE ME SOME EXTRA TIME TO MOVE MY BI-WEEKLY SCHEDULE AROUND TO MAKE YOUR REQUEST HAPPEN. I GUESS THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN AFTER READING YOUR REPORT. WITH THAT BEING SAID, THERE WAS A GOOD CHUNK OF ADDITIONAL ITEMS EXTRA FROM OUR ORIGINAL AGREEMENT THAT WAS BEING PERFORMED WITHOUT ANY EXTRA COST TO YOU. AND THAT’S OK, I’M SORRY THAT WE WERE NOT ABLE TO GET THIS SCHEDULING ISSUE IRONED OUT; THE IMPORTANT THING IS THAT YOU WERE SATISFIED WITH OUR FINISHED PRODUCT OF WORK. "I’M REALLY TRYING TO UNDERSTAND WHERE EXACTLY YOU WANT TO GET TO WITH ALL THIS, AND THE ANSWER IS NOWHERE. YOU HAVE REFUSED TO PAY FOR THE SERVICES THAT WERE RENDERED TO YOU, NOW YOU ALSO WANT A FREE DINING ROOM TABLE. TRY ASKING YOUR DOG ABOUT THE BIG SCRATCH ON YOUR DINING ROOM TABLE. YOU ALSO CLAIMED A SCRATCH ON YOUR “NEW” MICROWAVE WHICH WAS ANOTHER GOOD REASON NOT TO PAY FOR THAT CLEANING VISIT TOO. PLEASE DON’T TAKE US FOR GRANTED, THIS IS NOT AN EASY INDUSTRY TO BE IN, WE WORK HARD EVERY DAY AND TAKE A LOT OF PRIDE IN WHAT WE DO. TAKING ADVANTAGE WITH WRONG ASSUMPTIONS IS NOT RIGHT, ESPECIALLY WHEN ALL THESE ISSUES ARE BEING BROUGHT UP AFTER THE FACT. WE DO NOT WANT YOUR MONEY; I WISH $85.00 WAS GOING TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN MY LIFE RIGHT NOW, WE LIKE YOU TO BE HONEST WHEN YOU POST A REPORT. IT’S OK TO SAY THAT YOU WERE NOT HAPPY WITH THE CLEANING, OR DIDN’T LIKE OUR PRICE, WORK QUALITY AND ETC, IT’S NOT OK TO ACCUSE SOMEONE WITHOUT ANY EVIDENCE AND TO BE HONEST WITH YOU, YOUR HOUSE WAS SO MESSY THE FIRST DAY I WALKED IN; I COULDN’T EVEN TELL IF YOU EVEN HAD A DINING ROOM TABLE IN THERE. PLEASE DON’T TAKE IT PERSONAL BUT THIS IS MY TIME TO BE HONEST. WE HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT OPEN DOOR “OPEN TO THE PUBLIC” ISSUE; AGAIN ALL THIS IS NEW TO ME. WE ARE BONDED AND INSURED FOR THESE TYPES OF CLAIMS. YOU’RE WELCOME FOR YOUR FREE CLEANING VISITS! REGARDS, AMANDA LOPES."
